Quality Surveillance Technician - UK

An exciting opportunity to join our ‘Quality Department’ as a Quality Surveillance Technician here at our Falmouth Factory, a Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group.

You will be required to conduct functional performance testing on assemblies and finished products in accordance to our standard operating procedures for routine manufacturing surveillance. Your role is to ensure components, products and processes meet the required standards of quality in accordance with documentation and company core values. You will be creating and following documented protocols and test specifications for parts and equipment, and providing data for our internal and external customers. Being practical and able to use tools related to fluid transfer connections, pumps and tubing is essential to this skilled opportunity. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You will have previous experience of working in Manufacturing / Quality or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with fluid transfer such as Flow / Pressure and the required Safety requirements.
  • Experience of NEBOSH, COSHH or IoSH and 5S or 6S processes is desirable
  • Hold the ability to read and understand technical specifications.
  • Have exposure to Lean manufacturing principles and Manufacturing Quality Tools including data analysis.
