Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service    Representative to join our Sales Support Team. You will be working as part of the team to support core processes and priorities including order processing, invoicing, arranging shipments and handling customer enquiries.

Hardworking and dedicated; the successful candidate will deliver high quality customer service, including direct customer contact via e-mail and telephone. Taking orders and resolving enquiries you will possess excellent communication skills.

You will be professional and well organised be able to ensure customer requests are communicated clearly and within a timely manner. The role requires a structured and methodical approach, and a good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
