Before returning products, they must be thoroughly cleaned/decontaminated. The declaration confirming this should be completed and returned to usin advance of the item being shipped.
You are required to complete and return a decontamination declaration stating all fluids that have been in contact with the equipment being returned to us.
On receipt of the declaration, we will issue aReturns Authorization Number. We reserve the right to quarantine or refuse any equipment that is not displaying aReturns Authorization Number.
Please complete a separate decontamination certificate for each product and use the correct form that denotes the location you wish to return the equipment to. If you have any queries then please contact us for further assistance.
Watson-Marlow decontamination declaration
Please email this declaration, details on the bottom of the form, country specificto Watson-Marlow and receive a Returns Authorization Number before you dispatch the product(s). A copy of this declaration as well as the returns authorization label must be attached to the outside of the packaging containing the product(s).

Flexicon decontamination declaration
When returning equipment directly to Flexicon factory, Ringsted, please follow the instructions in the below decontamination form. Subsequently, our service department will send you a "Return Goods Authorization / Return Materials Authorization", which must be attached onto the outside of the packaging.
