We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative within our Sales Support Team. The position is full-time and offered on a temporary fixed term contract for 24 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative within our Sales Support Team. The position is full-time and offered on a temporary fixed term contract for 24 months.

You will be working as part of the customer service team to support core processes and priorities including order processing, invoicing, arranging shipments and handling customer enquiries.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team to deliver high quality customer service, including direct customer contact via e-mail and telephone to take orders and resolve enquiries. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are vital

A professional, well-organized approach is key to this role, ensuring customer requests are communicated clearly and within a timely manner. The role requires a structured and methodical approach, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is essential.
