In-line valve pneumatic actuators

Overview

In-line valve pneumatic actuators

The AKS actuator series is a light weight actuator series reducing installation needs for in-line valve piping systems, reducing process and maintenance needs. Durable, easy to maintain actuator made of a plastic housing and stainless steel diaphragm interface. These actuators are available in 0.5" through 1.5" sizes.

Features and benefits

  • Hygienic design with laser-etched serial numbers on the actuator body supports full product traceability and cGMP
  • Lightweight stainless steel and plastic construction with 304 SS sleeve and nylon handle
  • Pneumatic control options to suit your process needs
  • Visual indication of open/closed status
  • 150 psig maximum sealing force
  • Three year warranty
